Description : In view of the Two Failed Biddings, the Tourism Promotions Board (TPB) Philippines, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites PhilGEPS registered Consultants to participate in the Negotiation Conference for the Services of an Integrated Digital Marketing Agency with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Twenty Million Pesos Only (PhP20,000,000.00).

The Negotiation Conference is in accordance with Section 53.1, Negotiated Procurement - Two Failed Biddings, following the procedure as prescribed in Annex “H” of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. 9184.

The Negotiation Conference is on 22 August 2025 at 02:00 PM via Zoom Video Conferencing Platform.
