Description : In view of the Two Failed Biddings, the Tourism Promotions Board (TPB) Philippines, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites PhilGEPS registered Consultants to participate in the Negotiation Conference for the Service Provider for the Logistical Requirements of the Philippine Participation in the International Tourism and Travel Show (ITTS) 2025 with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Nine Hundred Twenty-Three Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-Eight Pesos Only (PhP923,368.00).

The Negotiation Conference is in accordance with Section 53.1, Negotiated Procurement - Two Failed Biddings, following the procedure as prescribed in Annex “H” of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. 9184.
