1. The Puerto Princesa City Water District (PPCWD) invites Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) that are technically, legally and financially capable to enter into a contract with the government for the Procurement of Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Services for Puerto Princesa City Water District Employees for FY 2026 (Goods-2025-011) with an Approved Budget for the Contract of Two Million Five Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand Pesos (Php2,576,000.00) or equivalent to Three Hundred Sixty-Eight (368) regular employees of PPCWD. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
