PROCUREMENT OF UTILITY VAN for Disaster Response and Rescue Activities (for conversion into a rescue vehicle) of Brgy. Bayabas, Labo, Camarines Norte.

1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Bayabas,Labo, Camarines Norte through the General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Fifty Pesos only (Php. 1,250,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) UNIT OF UTILITY VAN (for conversion into a rescue vehicle) OF Brgy. Bayabas, Labo, Camarines Norte and Project Identification Number: BAY-12-018. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
