NOTICE OF AWARD

This is to certify that item 1 of Purchase Request number 131-25 was first awarded to Verlyn-s Enterprises being the supplier with the lowest calculated and responsive quotation but said supplier waived to deliver the items through a letter from Mrs. Vergelina B. Caro, Proprietor. The waived item was then awarded on September 1, 2025 to Uymatiao Trading Corporation, the supplier having the second lowest calculated and responsive quotation, per BAC Resolution No. 105-P dated June 24, 2025, viz:
