1. The Antipolo City SPED Center, through the 2025 General Appropriations Act, intends to apply the sum of Fifty-Nine Thousand Four Hundred Pesos Only (₱59,400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Non-Food Supplies for the Implementation of the School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) for SY 2025-2026. Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.
2. The procurement will be conducted through Shopping under Section 52.1(b) of the 2016 Revised IRR of RA 9184.
3. Delivery of the items is required within 15 calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Delivery location is at Antipolo City SPED Center, C. Lawis Ext., Brgy. San Isidro, Antipolo City.
