Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS FOR THE LIVELIHOOD IMPLEMENTATION OF DOLE NLFO

1. The DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT REGIONAL OFFICE VIII, through the GENERAL APPROPRIATION ACT OF CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of ₱2,998,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Musical Instruments for the Livelihood Implementation of DOLE NLFO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT REGIONAL OFFICE VIII now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
