Description : 1. The DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT REGIONAL OFFICE VIII, through the General Appropriations Act 2025 intends to apply the sum of ₱900,000.00 for Lot 1; ₱6,300,000.00 for Lot 2; ₱6,000,000.00 for Lot 3; and ₱4,800,000.00 for Lot 4, being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT REGIONAL OFFICE VIII now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
