1) The National Housing Authority (NHA) - Region XII through its Regional Office Bids and Awards Committee (ROBAC), intends to engage the services of a Consultant for the Procurement of Consulting Services for the Survey and Titling of San Miguel Amanahville Homeowners- Association, Inc. located at Brgy. Calumpang, General Santos City in accordance with Section 53.9 (Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9184.
