Description : 1. The National Housing Authority (NHA), Region 1/CAR 1 Office, through the Corporate Budget approved by the NHA Board for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Three Hundred Fifteen Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-Five Pesos & 40/100 (PhP5,315,465.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for NHAR1CAR1-ROBAC-2025-CS-001. Bids received over the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The NHA, Region 1/CAR 1 Office, through the Regional Office Bids and Awards Committee (ROBAC 1) now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for relocation, structural, amendment of subdivision survey for lot titling and lot titling. Eligibility documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the ROBAC1 Secretariat on or before September 4, 2025, 12:00 noon at NHA Region 1/CAR 1 Office, 4th Floor DBP Building, Lower Session Road, Baguio City 2600.
