- 24/7 Sophos support and feature updates
2. Maintenance support
Provide quarterly hardware and software health checks, which include:
a. System and security updates and upgrades
b. Fine tune, correct and/or enhance as may be needed to address IPOPHL security requirements
c. Correct/fix any system problems
