TO ALL INTERESTED SUPPLIERS:

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites legally capable suppliers to submit bids for a negotiated procurement - Scientific, Scholarly or Artistic Work, Exclusive Technology and Media Services for the PHIVOLCS- requirement for “ Newspaper Publication of Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of RA 12180 or PHIVOLCS Modernization Act of 2025 “. The ABC is ₱210,000.00.

The opening of bids shall be on December 22, 2025, 1:30 PM at PHIVOLCS Bldg. C.P. Garcia Avenue, UP Campus, Diliman, Quezon City.

In view of this bidding, PHIVOLCS reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities/informalities therein and to accept such bids it may consider as most advantageous to PHIVOLCS and to the government as well. PHIVOLCS neither assumes any obligation for whatsoever losses that may be incurred in the preparation or submission of bids nor does it guarantee that an award will be made.
