NOTICE FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT

The Department of Agriculture -Western Visayas invites all suppliers to participate in the NEGOTIATION for the Procurement of Supply and Delivery of 1,600 bags Various NSIC Approved Rice Registered Seeds.

1,600 bags Various NSIC Approved Rice Registered Seeds @ 20 kilograms per bag
• Preferably with the following varieties: NSIC Rc 216, 222, 440, 506, 480 and 622 (minimum of 3 varieties)
• With germination test of at least 90% tested by BPI-NSQCS 6
• With printed DA or DA-PhilRice Logo and Not for Sale Label

Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed for the First Batch and September 2025 for the Second Batch and to be delivered at the following drop off points:
