1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the National Defense College of the Philippines (NDCP), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers to participate in the Negotiated Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of LEDWALLS and Audio System for the New Academic Building (Amphitheater and Classroom) in accordance with Section 35.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Republic Act No. 12009, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Act (GPRA)”.
