NEGOTIATED-PURCHASE OF WATER MATERIALS AND ELECTRICAL SUPPLY

1. The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, Through Municipal Mayor-s Funds CY 2025 intends to apply the sum One Hundred Eighty Nine Thousand One Hundred Seventy Five Pesos (Php189,175.00) Only. being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Negotiated- Purchase of Water Materials and Electrical Supply. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, through the Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the good/services contemplated in this project and as indicated in the schedule of Requirements and the table Technical. Specification indicated in the bidding documents Expected Completion of delivery of the goods/services is within seven (7) Seven Calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
