1. The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, Through Municipal Mayor-s Funds CY 2025 intends to apply the sum One Hundred Twenty Four Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Seven & 80/100 Pesos (Php124,667.80) Only. being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Negotiated- Purchase of Construction Materials (Construction of Water System/dismantling of Old Pipe Line and Installation of Old Pipe Line) at Barangay Ocasion, Sumilao, Bukidnon. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
