1. The Jose B. Lingad Memorial General Hospital (JBLMGH), through the Internally Generated Fund intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Eight Hundred Seventy-Seven Thousand Pesos (PHP 14,877,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Negotiated Procurement of Various Medical Equipment (Two-Failed Biddings) under IB No. 2025-03-25 (18). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The JBLMGH now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period specified under SECTION VI. Schedule of Requirements.
