Description : 1. In view of the two-failed bidding conducted for the project, the Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office - MIMAROPA (DA-RFO-MIMAROPA), through the FY2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php1,400,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of carabao for distribution in Oriental and Occidental Mindoro under the 4Ks Program. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office - MIMAROPA through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites for negotiation to a technically, legally and financially capable supplier for the aforementioned procurement. Delivery of the Goods is required in thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract 50% similar to the Project.
