1. The Department of Health - WV CHD, through the DPC 2025 Fund intends to apply
the sum of Three Hundred Sixty Three Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php
363,500.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for Negotiated (Two-
Failed Biddings) of Procurement of TB Laboratory Supplies, NP-SB-2025-022-A-
06. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
