1. In view of the Two (2) Failed Biddings, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) - FY 2025 continuing appropriations intends to apply the sum of Four Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php4,300,000.00) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract ABC.

2. The PAGASA now invites PhilGEPS registered, technically, legally and financially capable suppliers to participated in the Negotiated Procurement for the Heat Stress Monitoring System Price validity is one hundred twenty (120) calendar days.
