  Description : 1) The Local Government Unit of Bislig City, through the Supplemental Budget No.1 CY-2026 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thirty Nine Million Nine Hundred Sixty Six Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Four Pesos and 94/100 (P 139,966,884.94) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF PHASE II OF THE LEGISLATIVE BUILDING at National Highway, Barangay Poblacion, Bislig City, Surigao del Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2) The Local Government Unit of Bislig City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
