INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT: TWO-FAILED BIDDINGS FOR PROSTHESIS SUPPLIES (CY 2026)
1. In view of the two (2) failed public biddings, Philippine Orthopedic Center Bids and Awards Committee (POC-BAC) invites interested suppliers to participate in the negotiation for PROSTHESIS SUPPLIES (CY 2026) with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of ₱568,039.74 (Five Hundred Sixty Eight Thousand Thirty Nine and 74/100) in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
