The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corporation (PSALM), through the 2025 Corporate Operating Budget (for the portion of the Contract to be performed in 2025), 2026 Corporate Operating Budget (for the portion of the Contract to be performed in 2026), and 2027 Corporate Operating Budget (for the portion of the Contract to be performed in 2027) or multi-year budget/project, intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY MILLION PESOS (PHP450,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment for the Negotiated Procurement of the Transaction Advisory Services for the Rehabilitation and Asset Management Plan of Agus-Pulangi Hydro Electric Power Plants (Agus-Pulangi HEPPs).
