NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT (TWO-FAILED BIDDINGS): PROCUREMENT OF FUEL, OIL, LUBRICANT AND SERVICE (THRU FLEET CARD) FOR CY 2026

The National Meat Inspection Service (NMIS) through the GAA CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php6,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Negotiated Procurement (Two-Failed Biddings): Procurement of Fuel, Oil, Lubricant and Service (thru Fleet Card) for CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The National Meat Inspection Service (NMIS) now invites bids for Negotiated Procurement (Two-Failed Biddings): Procurement of Fuel, Oil, Lubricant and Service (thru Fleet Card) for CY 2026.
