Description : 1. The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) is conducting procurement for the Preventive Maintenance of Toyota Vehicles with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) amounting to Two Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php2,400,000.00). Delivery of Services is required for the period of Thirty (30) Months from the date stated in the Notice to Proceed (NTP).

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The GSIS Bids and Awards Committee (GBAC) Cluster 2 for Goods, Services and Consultancy now invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the said project.

3. The Procurement procedure for this requirement is Negotiated Procurement for Two-Failed Biddings pursuant to Section 53.1 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184.

The selection of the successful offer shall be based on the best and final offer that will be submitted on the deadline set by the GBAC Cluster 2 and which would meet the minimum technical specifications required.
