1. The Department of Health - WV CHD, through the DPC 2025 Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thirty-Two Thousand One Hundred Fifty -Nine Pesos and Thirty Centavos (Php132,159.30) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Negotiated Procurement (Two Failed Biddings) of Drugs and Medicines, NP- SB-2025-038-A-09. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
