Description : The NATIONAL FOOD AUTHORITY REGIONAL OFFICE IV (SOUTHERN TAGALOG
REGION), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to engage the
trucking/hauling services for the transport of one (1) unit fork lift from NFA Batangas
Branch at Balagtas, Batangas City to NFA Occidental Mindoro Branch at Labangan, San
Jose, Occidental Mindoro through Section 53.9 (Negotiated Procurement - Small Value
Procurement) of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulation of RA 12009. The details
of the project are specified in the Terms of Reference (TOR).

The Total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is One Hundred Twenty-Five
Thousand Pesos only (Php 125,000.00), inclusive of all applicable government taxes,
charges, professional fees, and other incidental and administrative costs. Proposal
Received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the proposal opening.
