Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT FOR THE SUPPLY/DELIVERY OF LABORATORY SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT FOR ACCESS CAMPUS/0250-25

1. The Sultan Kudarat State University, under Fund 164: Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION SIX HUDRED NINETY-SIX THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX AND 59/100 PESOS (P1,696,226.59) Only being the ABC to payments under the contract for NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT FOR THE SUPPLY/DELIVERY OF LABORATORY SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT FOR ACCESS CAMPUS/0250-25. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Sultan Kudarat State University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by forty-five (45) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
