In view of the two (2) failed competitive biddings, the Mabalacat City Water District (MCWD), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites technically, legally, and financially capable contractors to participate in the negotiation for the project: Supply of labor and materials for the construction of 7 toilets with 1 comfort room each on selected schools of Mabalacat City as part of the MCWD GAD Activities for 2025, with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Nine Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (P980,000.00) in accordance with Section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA No. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act.
