In view of the Two (2) Failed Biddings, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ninety-Nine Million Three Hundred Seventy-Two Thousand Eighty Hundred Thirty-Nine Pesos & 54/100 (Php199,372,839.54) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC).
