In view of the Two (2) Failed Biddings, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ninety-Nine Million Three Hundred Ninety-Two Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-Six Pesos & 23/100 (Php199,392,946.23) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC).
