1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical
Services Administration (PAGASA), through its Bids and Awards Committee invites PhilGEPS
registered, technically, legally and financially capable suppliers to participate in the Negotiated
Procurement for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Configuration of
Quality Control Server with Data Storage, in accordance with Section 35.1 of the Implementing Rules
and Regulations of RA12009.

2. The PAGASA through the DOST-GIA 2024-111 Project 2, intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven
Hundred Thousand pesos (Php1,700,000.00) only, being the ABC to payments under the contract for the
