1. THE ILOCOS TRAINING AND REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (ITRMC), through the INCOME (PAV), intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED TEN MILLION PESOS (PHP110,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT OF THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING, AND COMMISSIONING OF MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGING (MRI) SCANNER MACHINE INCLUDING DISMANTLING OF EXISTING MRI MACHINE (2 FAILED BIDDINGS).
