Description : 1. In view of the Two-Failed Biddings, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), through the Green Climate Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Five Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Pesos (Php9,545,760.00) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC).

2. The PAGASA now invites PhilGEPS registered, technically, legally and financially capable suppliers to participate in the Negotiated Procurement for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Configuration and, Testing of Automatic Weather Stations w/ Agromet Sensors, IB No. 2026-49 NP (PR 2026-01-0021). The delivery completion shall be made within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Price is inclusive of VAT and all other applicable taxes. Price validity is one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
