Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) LOT VARIOUS LOAD CARDS

1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office 1 (DA-RFO 1), through the GAA FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Forty-One Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Pesos (PhP1,841,520.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) LOT VARIOUS LOAD CARDS with project identification number DA-RFO-1-2024-GOODS-081-N. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DA-RFO 1now invites bids for the above-mentioned procurement project with the following details and minimum specifications, to wit:
