Description : NOTICE OF CONDUCT OF NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT

The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF CORON, PALAWAN, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), after two failed bidding, will conduct a negotiated procurement for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) LOT MUNICIPAL VESSEL TRAFFIC MONITORING RADAR SYSTEM as specified in the attached schedule of requirements.

The Approved Budget for the Contract is TWO MILLION ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP2,100,000.00)

The process for the negotiated procurement and awarding of contract shall be governed by the R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Interested suppliers may obtain further information from the BAC Office, 3rd Floor Municipal Building, Coron, Palawan from July 01, to July 09, 2025 @ 10:00 AM, the deadline for submission of best offer/s, at 3rd Floor, Municipal Annex Building, Barangay Poblacion 2, Coron, Palawan.
