In view of the issued DepEd Memorandum OUPS No. 2023-03-11587 signed by Atty. Revsee A. Escobedo, Undersecretary for Operations dated December 21, 2023, the DepEd Schools Division of Surigao del Sur through the Bids and Awards Committee invites qualified/accredited suppliers for the Negotiated Procurement through Community Participation) for the project “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MILK PRODUCTS COMPONENT FOR BENEFICIARIES” in accordance with Section 53.12 (Community Participation) and Appendix 35 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act”.
