Description : The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF CORON, PALAWAN, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), after two failed biddings, will conduct a Negotiated Procurement for the Supply and Delivery of Materials, Labor and Construction/ Repair and Improvement of Water Supply System at the Municipal Annex Building, Barangay Poblacion 2, Coron, Palawan, as specified in the attached Program of Works.
The Approved Budget for the Contract is THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php300,000.00) ONLY.
The process for the negotiated procurement and awarding of contract shall be governed by the R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
