Description : 1. The Municipal Government of El Nido, through the CY 2024 Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand Pesos (₱ 388,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Negotiated Procurement for Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment for Design and Build of Rehabilitation of El Nido Transport Terminal/2024-12-1054. BIDS RECEIVED IN EXCESS OF THE ABC AND COST PER UNIT/ITEM SHALL BE AUTOMATICALLY REJECTED AT BID OPENING.

2. The Municipal Government of El Nido now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty (30 Days. Bidders should have completed, within One (1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
