The process for the negotiated procurement and awarding of contract shall be governed by the R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Interested suppliers may obtain further information from the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Office from March 11, 2025 to March 19, 2025 @ 10:00 AM, the deadline for submission of best offer/s, at the 3rd Floor, Municipal Annex Building, Poblacion, Coron, Palawan.
