The East Avenue Medical Center, through Bids and Awards Committee, invites bidders to apply for the Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement - Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Various Equipment for Hospital Dentistry - II (see attached file for the specification and estimated price.)

Please submit your sealed bids on or before March 27, 2023, 2:00PM with the following requirements:

• BIR Certificate of Registration
• Tax Clearance
• PhilGEPS Platinum Certificate
• Audited Financial Statement including Annual Income Tax Return 2021
