Description : Pursuant to Section 53.1 of Rule XVI of the Updated 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184 otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act (GPRA)”, in view of the two (2) failed competitive biddings for the subject project, the Commission on Audit (COA), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites interested suppliers to participate in and submit proposals for the Negotiated Procurement of Service Vehicles with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Three Million Two Hundred Two Thousand Pesos (₱3,202,000.00).

Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days upon Supplier-s receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Prospective suppliers should have all their ongoing government and private contracts, including contracts awarded but not yet started, if any, whether similar or not similar in nature and complexity to the contract to be bid; and single largest completed contract similar to the contract to be bid, within the last three (3) years (July 2022 to July 2025) prior to the date of submission and receipt of proposals.
