Description : 1. The Department of Science and Technology - Cordillera Administrative Region (DOST-CAR) intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Eight Thousand Seven Hundred EightyNine Pesos and Forty Centavos (Php 908,789.40), inclusive of tax, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES OF THE DOST-CAR FOR JULY TO DECEMBER 2025. Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.

2. The Department of Science and Technology - Cordillera Administrative Region (DOST-CAR), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites technically, legally, and financially capable bidders to apply submit quotations for the above procurement. The duration of the contract is six (6) months.The Security Agency shall maintain a satisfactory level of performance throughout the term of the contract based on a prescribed set of performance criteria. The prospective supplier shall submit the following documents to wit:
