Request for Quotation (RFQ)

1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings of its procurement, the Philippine Textile Research Institute (PTRI) through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites PhilGEPS registered, authorized seller/ reseller and suppliers, to apply for eligibility and to participate in the negotiation for the procurement of One (1) Lot Biosafety Cabinet, in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Republic Act No. 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.

2. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 1,500,000.00).
