NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT OF 2-UNIT PICK-UP AND 1-UNIT MULTI-PURPOSE VEHICLE
1) The Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Regional Office No. IX, through the approved General Appropriation Act (GAA) FY-2026 intends to apply the sum of the following:

1 2 units Pick-Up 4,800,000.00
2 1 unit Multi-Purpose Vehicle 1,800,000.00
TOTAL 6,600,000.00
being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Regional Office No. IX now invites bids for the Procurement of 2-unit Pick-Up and 1-unit Multi-Purpose Vehicle using the Most Economically and Advantageous Responsive Bids (MEARB).
