Description : NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT DUE TO TWO (2)-FAILED BIDDINGS

Supply and Delivery of Nego Karts for the Province of Albay, Sorsogon, and Masbate

1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Department of Labor and Employment Regional Office No. 5, through its Bids and Awards Committee, invites PhilGEPS registered, technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers to participate in the Negotiated Procurement for the Supply and Delivery of Nego Karts for the Province of Albay, Sorsogon, and Masbate, in accordance with Section 35 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009 or the New Government Procurement Act.

2. The Department of Labor and Employment, Regional Office No. 5, Legazpi City, with its DOLE Integrated Livelihood Program (DILP) fund allocation, intends to use the sum of Four Million Seven Hundred Twenty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Ninety Pesos (Php4,727,590.00) as the ABC to payments under the contract for the Negotiated Procurement for the Supply and Delivery of Nego Karts for the Province of Albay, Sorsogon, and Masbate.
