Description : INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT DUE TO TWO
FAILED BIDDINGS FOR THE PROJECT: “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY
OF FEMORAL CATHETER (STRAIGHT)”

1. In view of the Two-failed biddings, the Cagayan Valley Medical Center (CVMC), through the Bids and
Awards Committee (BAC) invites Suppliers to participate in the Negotiation for the Project Supply and
Delivery of Femoral Catheter (Straight) (Negotiated Procurement-Two Failed Biddings under
PHILGEPS IB No. CVMCBAC-2025-03-018 in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised IRR of RA
9184;

2. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is One Million One Hundred Ninety Seven Thousand
Pesos (1,197,000.00) inclusive of all government taxes and charges. Best and final offer received in
excess of the ABC shall automatically be rejected at the bid opening.
