Negotiated Procurement of Design and Build for The Construction of PCSO Negros Occidental Branch

1. The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) intends to procure Design and Build for The Construction of PCSO Negros Occidental Branch with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Twenty Million Five Hundred Seventy-Two Thousand Five Hundred Seveb and 43/100 Pesos (PhP20,572,507.43).

2. The PCSO Bids and Award Committee (BAC) now invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the said project.

3. The Procurement procedure for this requirement is Negotiated Procurement for Two- Failed Bidding pursuant to Section 53.1 of 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
