Description : 1. The Ministry of Transportation and Communications, through the General Appropriations Act of the Bangsamoro 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos (Php 2,970,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for public bidding No 24IGAAB0008. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Ministry of Transportation and Communications now invites bids from technically, legally, and financially capable contractors for the above procurement project to participate in the Negotiated Procurement - Two Failed Bidding in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised IRR of R.A.9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act (GPRA).

3. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorship, cooperatives, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy-five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
