Description : NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PASSENGER TERMINAL BUILDING AT MAPUN PORT

1.The Ministry of Transportation and Communications, through the General Appropriation Act of Bangsamoro 2024 intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 19,800,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Public Bidding No. 24IGAAB0006. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Ministry of Transportation and Communications now invites bids from technically, legally, and financially capable contractors for the above procurement project to participate in the Negotiated Procurement - Two Failed Biddings in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised IRR of R.A.9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act (GPRA). Completion of the Works is required Three Hundred Sixty (360) Calendar Days.
